We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
Standard shipping is £3.90 and typically takes 4–7 business days.
Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and United States.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order:
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
To request a cancellation, email us at hey@velora-lingerie.com with your order number immediately after placing your order.
After 5 minutes, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
If a package is refused by the customer, marked unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the following applies:
Refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount
Original shipping costs will not be refunded
